Ocean jasper has been around for decades. The earlier crystal was more commonly called Orbicular Ocean Jasper and was named for the complex circular patterns associated with this early material. Ocean jasper often displays a wide range of colors, from pink, blue, yellow, green and almost everything in between. However, more "modern" deposits tend to show less variety in color and are dominant in the form of banded patterns. Each side of the cube reveals a different pattern and color combination, creating an interesting and engaging visual experience.
