A wonderful combination of white sage and seven colors of common mullein (Verbascum thapsus), which is created for the purpose of cleansing, balancing and revitalizing your energy centers (chakras) as well as the environment in which you live.

Stagnant or negative energy has extremely detrimental effects on your mental and physical state and can manifest in a lack of happiness and success, as well as pain and illness.

For centuries, white sage has been considered a sacred plant that cleans, protects and energetically renews space. It is known for its strong and distinctive aroma, which is both refreshing and soothing. Sage also has many medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory properties, helps with digestive problems and supports the health of the respiratory system.

Common mullein is known for its medicinal properties and is traditionally used for various purposes. Some of the benefits of burning common malcha include:

Relief of respiratory problems: Common mullein is often used to relieve symptoms of respiratory problems such as cough, asthma, bronchitis and colds. When malha is burned, it releases smoke that can help open airways and reduce inflammation.

Calming effect: The smell and smoke of common malcha have a calming effect on the body and mind. It has been used for centuries to relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia, and to promote relaxation.

Energy cleansing: Burning common malcha can also be used to energetically cleanse a room. Malha smoke is believed to ward off negative energy and help create a positive and balanced atmosphere.

Treatment of skin problems: In some cases, common mullein is used to treat skin problems such as eczema, rashes, burns and wounds. Malha has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce itching, inflammation and accelerate skin healing.

USE:

  • Before lighting the incense, open a door or window so that the negative energy (and smoke) can leave the room.
  • Before you light the incense, take a moment to think about what exactly you want to cleanse or release from your space. Intentions are key when using incense, it can be something you come up with or use a saying like "I release what no longer serves me" for a bit of direction.
  • When ready, hold the roll at a 45 degree angle and light it using a match or candle. Let it burn for about 20 seconds. Avoid direct lighting with a lighter, as this can introduce unpleasant odors. Lighting should be a natural process, as it was practiced thousands of years ago. It is important not to blow out the flame, as traditionally blowing out the flame symbolizes the release and extinguishing of the energy soul. Instead, turn the lit scroll vertically upwards so that the flame is on the upper side, where it will automatically extinguish. If the flame does not go out on its own, wave the incense in the air to blow the flame out with the help of the wind. An orange ember will appear at one end of the roll and the incense starts smoking at this point.
  • Walk slowly around the room and let the smoke spread. Direct the smoke - and negative energy - towards open windows or doors so it can escape. Pay special attention to areas in front of mirrors, in corners and areas such as hallways, corridors and entrances. We also recommend using incense on technological devices such as phones, tablets or laptops. Hold the incense under the device and then swing it around the device.
  • If you are using incense to cleanse and revitalize your energy centers (chakras), use your hand or a pen to gently blow the incense around your body - starting at the feet and working your way up. Complete the process overhead by clearing the space above you as well, creating space for your higher purpose.
  • Always be present. Never leave a burning roll unattended. Also, be careful not to inhale too much smoke. While walking around with incense, particles of embers can fall to the floor, so we recommend using a fireproof container.
  • When you have finished the cleaning process, place the roll in a fireproof container and let the embers go out automatically.
